Wish I had found these sooner. Both of my knees are arthritic and very painful, more so when I overdo. Regular ice packs gave minimal relief. Then I found these. Admittedly awkward to walk around in but a game changer for complete icing relief. Easy to use. Wrap around knee and fasten with velcro strap as tightly as you can. They're great.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Stays in place, flexible, stays cold. Perfect!

This is a good wrap, goes about 2/3 around adult knee. Double straps allow tightness/flexibility if you need to ice knee while still walking around the house.

I hate having to sit down while using ice packs and this is awesome. A ton of Lee way in the straps so I’m sure it’s one size fits all. The Velcro is strong. There is a velvet side so it doesn’t cause any ice burns to bare skin. I love that you can move around while attempting to reduce inflammation. Makes my knee go numb and relives my pain within 5 mins and I usually wear it for about 20 before returning it back to the freezer. If you have knee pain, buy this.

Makes icing your knee so much easier, especially if you need to get up while icing. It stays in place great and gives nice compression on the knee as well

I’m used to an ice pack that would stay cold for over 30 minutes. I don’t believe this gel pack stays cold for 15. Might return it. UPDATE: customer service offered me a refund or another gel pack. I chose to do the refund which was processed very prompt. They had an immediate response and I gave them five stars for that. I am using the gel pack on and off. It just doesn’t last real long again I appreciate the customer service that I received.

It works well for what it is intended for.

Much easier to use than a sack of frozen peas. There was a little less gel filling than I expected, but it does last up to 15 minutes on my knee. Doesn't quite wrap all the way around, but does cover the painful areas. I really like the elastic Velcro straps that make it easy to attach in place and remove. One side plain so you can put over clothes and the other side has a covering so you don't have to place anything on bare skin to use it.
