If you do it right, you'll achieve your goals
Burns like mad after a few reps. Don't be tempted to add huge weight just because you can't feel it after a few goes. Keep going with a comfortable weight and just alternate between palm facing up and facing down. It'll burn like fire. You'll come down in a sweat if done properly. You might feel like taking a break. But don't. This will make you feel like popeye after a few weeks. I actually noticed my vein popping after a few weeks and it's making my overall technique with free weights outstandingly good

Forearm burner
This is an excellent tool to build up the forearm muscles - what appears to be an easy exercise of winding and unwinding weights becomes hard after only a set of 5 and with only 5Kg on the plate.After 3 sets my arms burn and my forearms look like Popye's after spinach. 1 inch weights are needed as they are not supplied but they weights are easy to put on and off the plate as the attachment to the rope is both clever and pretty strong. Again this should not be a problem as only relatively light weights are needed for this exercise.

Really helped build up my boyfriends forearms, he loves this device although it is funny watching him use it as he struggles! Please start light with this one and look at some youtube videos on how to perform the exercise correctly!His forearms are ginormous since buying this ~ 6 months ago! Would definitely recommend to those of you involved in fitness

it's cheap and does a great job. I can recommend.
I've used the wrist curler every day now for a week.It does what it says on the tin.All I would add is that the foam sleeves move and need to be pushed back on. You'd expect they to be glued in place.BUT, it's cheap and does a great job. I can recommend.

Fantastic workout for your forearms
I loaded this up with 12Kg (I was feeling very brave) and started using it, only for the metal gripper thingy on the cord to come off, fortunately my feet were well clear of where the weights fell.I then used some initiative and tied a hangman's knot in the cord, I've had no problems since as the cord is very strong.This is very good if you want to get bigger forearms, I've noticed improvements within a month, go both directions to do both sides, you will definitely feel the muscles working.

Excellent quality
Have had this for a few years now and I still use it to this day. Good to build some wrist strength if used consistently.

Essential forearm kit. It really is a tough workout so if you can go beyond 20 reps or 3 mins to exhaustion with 5 kgs on your first attempt you probably already have forearms of steel!

This is the one
Excellent twister bar, reliable grip and good length. We put 15kg on it no problem. The metal crimp that holds the loop together came off on the first use with only 5kg on so I'm guessing I got a dodgy one but I've simply tied a knot in it. The clasp has been very reliable.
