The smaller one is probably better.
Beware this is quite large. I thought I would save money by only having to use one n2o charger for a larger quantity of cream but for the 1 litre you still need 2 chargers. You do need to ensure you shake it thoroughly and there is always a load of cream at the bottom that won’t come out. If I had the smaller one it would be easier to get it out once opened. Also whilst it does whip the cream it generally does not match the squinty cream cans that you can buy. It’s also very slow in coming out too.

Absolutely fantastic kitchen kit ,I’ve tried with hot and cold espuma and is working brilliantly and cheaper than ISI gourmet!Definitely I would buy againThanks

Issue with the release
On it's first use the the mechanism wouldn't allow release of the canister/gas fully so had to open the main head, decompressing cream everywhere.
