This product really helped with my hot flashes and night sweats.

Great product works

I am 50 and since Feb, I have had constant hot flashes, can't sleep through the night, irritable because of lack of sleep. Estroven is the 3rd supplement I tried and after 30 days, I can say the hot flashes are practically gone. I can sleep now. Once in a great while I feel hot, but that may happen once every couple of weeks. Great improvement! I've been on it for 4 months now and still feel really good.

I am years into post menopause but still have night sweats. I cannot take hormones because of other health issues. I purchased these to help with the night sweats, however, I still had them while taken this supplement. After researching this product further I found that if you are on a blood thinner you should avoid taking this product because of the estrogen.
