This is nice for my Tzu. He loves to lay down in it and I feed him in it. I use it for his toy box and he loves going into it to get a toy. I like that the top opens and can be closed when needed. The zipped door is nice too because the velcro holds it open. I have not tried to confine him in this as I think he would have a panic attack if I confined him in it and left the room. Other breeds may do better, but the Tzu loves to be with you. This is a wire and canvas and netting playpen. A panicked dog if left long enough might tear through the netting, or tip the playpen on its side....I don't know as I haven't tried it. But some dogs are heavy enough to do something like that to this light weight playpen it left alone. But on the positive side, it is nice as a "dog house" for inside or to take other places as a temporary place to keep your small dog. It also works to do crate training for puppies, but this size isn't large enough for a small grass turf and the dog, unless you have a very tiny dog. Get the next size up for putting a grass turf into it for crate training.

We are using this as a training mat for our teacup yorkee. The soft plastic bottom that is raised is fantastic for containing any messes when she misses the potty pads! Top is completely removable and door velcros up.Absolutely fantastic product, worth every penny.

Purchased for kittens - did you know kittens grow hella fast? Now you do. 😅 Ended up returning - but the quality was pretty great. I'd recommend for a single critter, like a hedgehog.

This is so much more sturdy than I thought it would be. I love there is a zipper too and it has held my puppies with no issues. I purchased two of them thinking they wouldn’t hold up but I was wrong! I would definitely purchase again!

Perfect pen for my kitten to have a place to play and rest. I have 3 other cats and this was good if I couldn't have him out without my supervision. He was able to still see me and the other cats were able to interact with him. Easy to clean because he always spilled his water and threw litter everywhere.

Getting a new puppy shihtzu, and he is going to love this. It’s so cute!!! Nice size for a puppy or small dog.

I have loved this little playpen for my puppy. He's a tiny thing at 11 weeks old. This contained him well for 3 weeks and then in a matter of minutes he chewed a hole in side and it was all over.
