which would be a problem with other body pillows but is fine with this one
The only pillow I could find that did not wrap under the neck. I have to use a special neck support with my regular pillow due to spine hypermobility, which would be a problem with other body pillows but is fine with this one. Easy to take off the cover and launder and it keeps me from rolling fully onto my back but does still allow me to roll back a little off of my shoulder. It also got rid of the uncomfortable leg spasms I had started to get around 20 weeks. Only complaint is where the back pillow velcros into the front pocket is a little difficult to align and during the night it can pull out and itch you a little, but it is not a big deal and does not actually come loose and I just tuck it back in. I am 6'1" and with the baby bump take up more space than most people which may cause it to be pulled out more readily. Fabric could be softer but it is not uncomfortable, and it is 100% cotton which I like, and seems sturdy. Great buy and would recommend.

I like it. My only issue is the Velcro where ...
I like it. My only issue is the Velcro where the two pieces attach can scratch you so be careful. Other than that it’s a nice pregnancy support pillow.
