Easy to zest and collect the zest
It it a unique tool and made in USA! It has a great way of collecting the zest and a brush to distribute the zest. Easy to clean and a cover for the sharp side!

quality zester with ergonomic handle
I like the yellow color, texture and shape of the handle. It feels good in my arthritic hands. I haven't tried the zester on cheese yet, but am confident it will work well. It is nice that a little brush to clean the metal part and a protective cover has been included. I found that the little brush fits nicely on the top of the zester for storage when the protective cover is on. This is a sturdy and well made product and the price is so much lower than others that considered. Same, if not better quality for half the price. You will not be unhappy with this product.
