I try to avoid jellies and jams because they are loaded with sugar but this one is pretty guilt-free for me. It’s the perfect amount of sweetness and has the added benefits the come from chia seeds. I recommended it to friends who have little kids and they didn’t even notice the swap!

Never tasted this before..seemed just right, not too sweet.but the little chia seeds are there...so if you expect them to be pulverized they are not......I liked them that way..some may not .

Goes well with peanut better on wheat based bread. Actually, it goes well with any combination on bread.
