Q: Does this Cooler Compatible with LGA1150?

Yes, the CR-95C is officially compatible with socket LGA1150. I installed it on a socket 1150 with an Intel Core i7-4770K. Other considerations are case and motherboard fit -- the cooler must fit in the case and not hit motherboard components. See the link for known motherboard compatibility and for how much space in the case the cooler needs.

Q: would this fanless cooler work with fm2 motherboards?

Well, I do not now what you mean by "fm2".My motherboard is ASUS Z87-PLUS and this cooler suite well. But you should use memory card without extra large radiator panels. I used Kingston KHX1600C10D3B1/8G.

Q: Anybody using this in Define R5 case??

No, but Fractal Design's Define R5 is a MicroATX case. The CR-95C will fit in any MicroATX case. If it doesn't, the case manufacturer is not following the specs for MicroATX. :)

Q: Doy ou need a thermal paste?

Yes, you need thermal paste but it is included in the package.
