Lost original, got for replacement
I left my original remote 3 hours away. I ordered this one and it came in 3 days. Works great! Only issue was I have a grey machine but did not find a grey one to order. No biggie still works.

A hunk of plastic junk
They were delivered in a clear bag (inside the amazon box) I had bought 2 different units one came with a battery and one without. They do not work they have no instructions. If you have to do something to set them up, there’s nothing about what type of battery I should’ve bought. There’s no no paperwork whatsoever with either one. It was a waste of time and money.

Do not throw out your Dyson heater!
Works perfectly and identical to the original which I misplaced.

It works sometime
It worked but freezes time to time, which I have to push other buttons to reset. Not sure why but need to address this mail function issue.
