Very effective, overly sweetened
I've been using Moon Drops for several years now. I take one at bedtime and find that as I read in bed (my night time ritual) my eyelids start closing on me after a few pages and then I'm out. So for me they usually do the trick. However these do not dissolve under the tongue. You really have to chew them to break them up and they are extremely sweet which really irritates me. Why do they need to add so much sweetner?? I wish they made this same formula in a dropper form or unsweetened pellets that dissolve under the tongue. Despite this, I will continue to grin and bear the sweetness in order to sleep well.

"Moon Drops", used occasionally, work excellent for me. Your results may vary, but the few friends I have given boxes to say they help them as well. Pricey, but they seem to work great so are worth it.
