The strap is cute and made well however, it’s way too long for a child. My daughter is 9 and petite. She tried wearing this and her ukulele was not higher or more stable (which was the purpose of purchasing). She’s better off holding her ukulele on her on. I tried using it my self only having the same issue: too long / not ideal. Another person mentioned the clip getting in the way. It does overtime. It will make the instrument sound weird when strumming. The adjuster doesn’t do much. Hope the seller reconsiders the length or changes the description to reflect what others are saying.

My daughter loves this character. She started learning Ukulele and wanted strap so that she can play whenever she stands up. I was kinda hesitated for this green color, but she was so happy that she got this with her favorite character on. Now she can stand and play. Just remember, any strap will slide on rounder body. If it has like a guitar shape this will stay. So if you are thinking to get an Ukulele, I suggest to get NOT round body for J hook Ukulele strap.

The strap came quickly. It was cute and sturdy. Never, it was way too big for a 7 year old and the way it hooks on it hold a ukulele bit doesn't really hold it secure for a child. I need a different style.

The strap was for my granddaughter. I am teaching her to play ukulele. I tried the strap out on my uke to see how it was. I thought the clip got in the way of strumming. I thought it would help holding the uke but it felt awkward and uncomfortable. That being said my granddaughter loves it. I suppose it just depends on personal preference.

This was a Christmas gift for an 8 year old girl. She loves it.

Bought this for my concert ukulele and it has done wonders for me. It keeps my ukulele upright while I play and the strap is adjustable and comfortable on the back of my neck. Would highly recommend!
