This headset is great, especially for the price! I've been using it for almost a month and have had zero problems.Durability: I toss it in my laptop backpack to use in my home office and in my work office. I read some reviews about it not being durable but as I said I toss it in my backpack and have had no issues. It seems very well made.Connectivity/Range: It connects to my laptop quickly every single time. The range seems quite good as well. I'm able to move about my office and to other rooms without loosing connection or signal.Battery life: I think I've only charged it one time other than the initial and have not run low on battery at all. I use it multiple times a day.Sound quality: The speaker is clear and loud. I've not had any complaints from anyone on the call about mic sound quality.Comfort: Even though this is a larger headset it is comfortable to wear. I've not had any issues using it for extended lengths of time. The microphone is adjustable. I'm able to move it out of the way quickly if I want to drink or eat whilst on a call and get it back in position quickly to talk when necessary.I would recommend this headset to anyone needing an inexpensive, durable headset. I'm very please with this product!

I found this headset to be great for it's price point. The battery life is great! I used it for a week straight, for multiple hours a day before needing to recharge it. The sound quality of the speaker and the recording quality of the microphone is good quality for this tier of headset. And the people I've talked to while using it said they could hear me clearly. I've also talked to my wife on the phone while she was using it and found her voice quality to be good. I found the universal button on this headset to be very responsive, which is not the case for some other headsets that I've owned. I like listening to videos and always need to pause/unpause from a distance. It's pretty light weight and I've found it comfortable to wear for extended periods. The microphone arm is flexible and adjustable, so I can get the mic in a good position. It also has all the other usual features you would expect. And I've had it connected to both my phone and a laptop and it has been able to maintain both connections and switch automatically to the device I was playing sound from. I also got the version with the dongle for a computer, so it can be used on my desktop computer that lacks Bluetooth. All in all I've had a good experience and I am pleased with it.

This headset has exceeded my expectations. I use it for both personal and work use. Connection to my phone was really simple and similar to how other devices connect. My phone easily recognized it and connected to the headset within seconds. It's very easy to operate, especially with the buttons being relatively big compared to similar products. The sound is crystal clear. The noise cancelling works exceptionally well and keeps various distractions/noises from interfering in my calls. The microphone can be moved around with ease and the headset is very comfortable to wear, especially with it's nice padding. You can charge the headset with the provided cable, which does seem to charge pretty fast. I regularly keep it charged but have not run into any issues with the headset running out of charge yet, despite it's significant usage. Overall, highly recommend.

I’ve been using this headset for over a week while driving my truck — the sound is clear and people can hear me even with the window open. The battery lasts all day with no issues. It fits comfortably and doesn’t cause any pressure, even after long hours.The only downside is the noise cancellation — it’s decent, but during heavy rain or loud traffic, callers sometimes ask me to repeat. Still, it’s a solid option for road use and definitely worth the price.

This item works excellent, and is my absolute go-to headset for telephone calls. I have owned three of them. Why 3?The item has a weakness (see other reviews). After a certain amount of daily use, the plastic headband simply breaks, and can't be repaired. As annoying as that is, the device is comfortable to wear for long periods, has excellent volume, and I am told excellent sound quality from the microphone. The headband is lightly padded for extra comfort.Each time mine breaks, I look for a valid replacement that meets these same goals - and when none are found I buy another one of these.
