I am 5'7" and about 175lbs. I ordered the M/L and it is a good fit for me. I did the squat test and moved around in them quite a bit. Sitting, standing, bopping around etc...and they stayed put. The legs didn't ride up and the back didn't roll. I probably could have even gone a size down but then I am afraid I would have ended up with a back fat roll at the top. They were much easier to get into than any other shapewear I have tried and provide moderate support. Definitely smooths me out but is not constructing at all and honestly more comfortable than my yoga pants.

this is amazing! I am 72 years old, and I weigh 250. recently had vein surgery and need thigh high compression stockings. unfortunately, they always roll down at the top. I have tried garters, tape, different tape to no avail. It was suggested to me to try bike shorts. Well, I found these, and they work great. no more rolling down stockings. I ordered a 3X, and when I opened them, I thought I would need a shoehorn, and small army to get it on. LOL No problems at all, the legs don't roll up, and the top doesn't roll down. holds my stocking up just fine! Very comfortable, smooths everything out. Wore them to work, (server 8-hour shift) and everything was in the same place all day! Highly recommend.

Quality would have been better if it didn’t come with a hole inside of my right thigh. But it’s true to size. My measurements are Bust 43 1/2Waist 38Hip 47And the Xl-2X fit perfectly. The fabric is soft and comfortable while holding my body in.My only complaint is that it came with a small hole in the inseam of my right thigh. I can see that not holding up for someone who would wear this everyday. Luckily I’m only wearing it for a wedding.

Lots of the reviews described the product being too big when ordering the size according to the chart. The shorts fit, but they didn't really provide the support expected. On the advice of a few, I purchased a size xs/s instead of m/l like I normally do.When I looked at the shorts, I thought there was no way that I was going to be able to fit my skinny-squishy 165lb body in those itty-bitty things. But I did. And without much effort at all. They're tight, but they're not snatching my waist like they're supposed to. Everything is smoothed out. No bulges. And I can breathe, but it didn't shape my stomach. My stomach is still pooching out like it did before. There's just smooth flub-blub now instead of multiple flub-blubs and no muffin top (which is nice).I sat down on the bed to see if it was possible to still breathe (it was) and I looked at the package. On the back of the package it says "Plus-size black small" and it now makes sense why I am able to wear it.I'm 5'11. 165lbs. All of my weight is in my stomach, hips, and thighs. I wear a size 10-12 in jeans.Plus-sized clothing is made specifically to accommodate a body type that is beautifully voluptuous. Plus-sized clothing is labeled "16W" or "16 curvy" fur example. The W or curvy indicating that it will fit a fuller figured individual. I know there's not a small in plus-size, but I think I've figured it out nonetheless:I have a friend that wears a size 14 curvy which is another way to tell the shopper that this product is constructed differently from a size 14 regular. The curvy or the W are constructed in a way that allows a fuller figure to settle comfortably unlike the regular that would be far too tight and constricting in the waiste, knees, and calves. Anyway...I checked on Amazon and found a plus-size Shapermint, high waisted shaper shorts that can be purchased in size S-3xl. These shorts are made like the curvy or W to accommodate curves that a woman who wore a regular small would not have. I believe the seller may have accidentally shipped a plus-sized garment when the purchaser wanted a regular rather than plus. And I think that this is why some buyers are talking about sizing down while others are describing being swallowed by a boa constrictor and not being able to breathe, or move, or sit.Maybe if I had a regular small then I'd be complaining about that, too because, trust me, I may be skinny-squishy but I haven't been able to fit into a small anything since 9th grade. And that was 32 years ago. 🤷‍♀️

This Body Shaper does the job. Was wanting a little help to shape my body for a form-fitting dress. This did the trick exactly as I had hoped. And a surprise....it is not tight and very, very comfortable to wear. In no way is it like an uncomfortable girdle (which I was afraid of). It comes down long enough on your legs that it doesn't ride up when you walk and move as other shorts did that I had purchased. Whoever designed this Body Shaper must have designed it with all aspects of the wearer in mind.....actually read my mind!!!! Thank you for a great product. LOVE IT....JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!!!!!

I liked this as it’s quite comfortable without being so tight and constricting. It does a nice job of smoothing and holding things in place.

Es muy elástica y cómoda, sugiero comprar una talla por dejado de tu talla regular si desea que te ajuste más, yo compré una talla por encima de la mía y resultó ser muy grande, aún así me gusta como un fondo para vestido y ya pedí mi talla para control ligero

It would have had a 5 star if it was 100% honest.It doesn't pull your tummy in.1.It doesn't show any VPL as I had undies on underneath them.

It’s not the same as it’s been shown in photo .. not so good not bad also
