The two zippers on the top of the bag slides down with the weight of the racket handle. You have to secure the two zippers to prevent this fromhappening. It is very frustrating and embarrassing to notice that your bag is hanging when you are walking with the bag on your shoulder.

I wish I had noticed the post about the zippers before I purchased this bag! As nice as it is and I love all the pockets, it really defeats the purpose when your things are falling out while you’re trying to get to the courts. FIX THE ZIPPER PROBLEM.

The bag is as appears on website. It is very large and can hold a lot of gear. Also, it can hold up to 3 rackets if needed

So far so good. Use for 2 racquets, nice space for tennis balls, keys, etc. quality feels 'ok'...
