After someone stole my identity a few years ago, I have been much more cautious about my information and data safety. I have trusted LifeLock for many years since. The ultimate plus has a lot more advanced features. Their credit monitoring feature has shown me recent activity by myself which made me more at ease. I also like the privacy monitor feature where easily accessible information can be opted out and reduce online exposure. The ultimate plus has so many layers of security. Got this a few days ago, and I can already breath easier. A few minutes after activating, I got a list of all of the places where my information may have been compromised with plans on how to fix it and be safer. I’m a huge fan of the password keeper, and of course life lock. With all of the data hacks going on, it’s more imperative than ever before to be wise and protect yourself - don’t hesitate, this is the product for you!

The key code wouldn't redeem via the button in email from Amazon. I logged into Lielock and tried to add it manually. Response was that the key was already associated with someone else's account. I contacted Lifelock for 3 days running speaking to a total of 7 people with one being via chat. Conclusion was that the key had already been used and nothing that Lifelock could do on their end. Ultimately, Amazon very swiftly gave me a refund and I purchased a new key direct from Lifelock.

Interesting product that combines a bunch of other apps in one, while keeping users aware via emails of happenings towards their accounts without the need to constantly check-in (via email for example).Not cheap, but It gives some piece of mind.A particular interesting feature is about Dark Web monitoring, checking how previous data leaks might have affected user information.

Terrible product that has caused myself and family problems for the last year. I wish I would have read some of the reviews. Product does not work and when trying to get information from life lock you just get the run around. Multiple bank accounts opened and fraud while using life lock. Calling customer service is based over seas and was zero help and would just hang up if you asked to many questions or tried to cancel the service. I disputed with my credit card company and ended up getting my all my money.On top of that. I used an email that I only used with lifelock and that email has been getting all types of spam which means Norton sold mine and sells your data to third parties.

Happy to have Lifelock monitor my financial life so I don’t have to. The price is worth the peace of mind.
