Auto mode is great
Satisfied with the quality of mist it can produce. Plus can be controlled by the app wherever you as long as it's connected to the wifi. I like the auto mode in measuring the right humidity and auto stop function

Started to stop working after few days
First few days I was very happy and amazed with the product performance,,, but now I feel disappointed because it started to stop working and the mist is very less now even I gave it a good clean!! It’s not even 1 week using it,, since I bought it ..,👎🏽 I am a fan of levoit coz I have 2 air purifier and working fine but this humidifier is not good 👎🏽

Excellent customer service
My first order broke after I had dropped it in the sink after cleaning. After taking it up with the seller and later Levoit, they were kind enough to replace the unit and it has been working very well. It’s quiet, works with a smart phone and generally does exactly what it says on the package.

Good product and easy to clean. Keep my nose hydrated and not dry as I had sinusitis and done surgery last year
