I like natural products and this fits the bill. Tried prescription and non-prescription ointments, creams, etc. and this has been more effective for me. It goes on smooth, like a body lotion, and is absorbed quickly so you don't feel gooey or sticky after each application. It also has a very slight minty smell, pleasant and not overwhelming.

I like that this doesn't go on greasy or leave a residue. It alleviates the pain in my shoulder and back. White willow bark is such a great herbal ally!

I'm not sure about pain relief. Maybe if your pain is mild, it will help but I didn't see much difference in my han, knee or back pain. It's almost like Vicks but milder in scent and not greasy. It's a thicker lotion and blends right into skin nicely. If you love rubbing Vicks all over without the super sting or petroleum, then diffinently get this. I would buy again

It really works quite well. I work on a computer all day and it really takes a toll on my neck, hands and wrists. I’ve tried other synthetic products like icy hot and biofreeze, but I always hated their greasy textures and overly smelly scents. Natures Willow is a light moisturizing cream that absorbs right into the skin, so no greasy or messy residue, and since it is made of all natural ingredients I feel a lot better about using it frequently vs synthetic products. My pain really does just disappear when I use it.

I was disappointed with this product. I had high hopes - after all, it was a natural formulation of something that has been used effectively for eons - white willow, which is the basic ingredient in aspirin, an anti-inflammatory. But looking at the label, the active ingredient is *not* white willow bark extract, it's menthol. The white willow bark extract is the *last* ingredient, meaning that there probably isn't much of it. And while it smells nice and has a slight cooling effect, it really doesn't offer any lasting relief for the inflammation in my wrist. I'm afraid that I will have to try something else.

This so amazing. Works really well. Lasts a long time. Not a strong scent. It’s a must have!
