Q: Where do I purchase additional covers?

Dear, We are so sorry that we don't have any additional pillow covers. But the sizes of our pillows are standard, you can buy the covers in other stores on Amazon.

Q: How do I return product in its original packaging?

My guess to return in ordinal package is to suck the air out like you would in a vacuum bag. Else, contact customer service to see what/how they recommend.

Q: how long before it reaches full-size? it appears as though I have been shipped the wrong size. I ordered 10" and this one measures 8" so far.

It took mine less than an hour to become fully expanded. I was told to get a 10” but I bought an 8” and I’m glad I did. For me a 10” would have been too high.
