Water leakage from the Tap
Overall product is good. But got a defective Tap.

Rusting discarded it after a year
A quality product by Tata. Using it since a week now and works perfectly fine. Just have to be mindful while adding water and ensure there is enough space in the lower compartment. Overall happy with the product and prompt service from Amazon.Update as on 29th May 2023:Noticed the tank has started rusting just near the top of the lower compartment.Update as on 3rd June 2024Noticed a lot of rust at the bottom of the tank. The candle is not available easily or it's too expensive. Ordered one with the delivery charge more than the candle. The candle stopped working in about 3 months.Disappointed with Tata Swach. This is some low quality metal.

Nice item for temporary use, but not as good as proper filters
Item is ok but not perfect, we ordered steel filter. Pros 1. Water flavour is fine, 2. No electricity needed, 3. Easy to install....... Cons 1. Steel cathes rust after 2-3 months, 2. Cost of filters very high, 3. Tap & steel quality very low, 4. Filters are claim to he used for 6000ltr, but will work for 3000-4000ltr maximum, after that water will slow down that we need to change it.Overall it can ve used as a side filter, but not good for main or longterm use
