Make it make sense. I don't know how it works, it just does. My son has VERY thick hair, just past his shoulders at this point. He has sensory issues & a handful of neurodivergencies & does not tolerate his hair being brushed or tugged at in any way. We have tried 4 types of combs & 3 different hairbrushes (the 2 square ones in this picture & another oval one) as well as various conditioners & detangling spray. It's an absolute pain every single day. So I just ordered this one in kind of a last ditch effort before I just beg him to shave his head, but somehow it works. I can't make sense of the science behind it, I don't know how it's different than any other because nothing seems particularly special- but it is. I've used it on dry & wet hair now & it's night & day difference from all the others. Sometimes it will still tug a tangle (I mean, it's not literally magic so that's to be expected) but it's less painful when it does & doesn't occur nearly as often. I just don't know. It works. I will say the packaging was trashed upon arrival, but the brush was in tact so it doesn't matter.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I will neeeeever use another brush after using a Wet Brush. I have been using them for years, I've tried the other viral detangling brushes and nothing detangles my hair faster than these. I have super thick, wavy hair that can be a total nightmare to brush when out of the shower with wet hair, but now I no longer dread the hair brushing part lol. It also doesn't make it frizzy like some brushes can since they'll snap your hair and create those dreaded broken/split ends, my hair always feels and looks so sleek and soft after using this!

I have long, straight, relatively fine but dense hair. As does my 3-year-old. I have been using the same brush for ages and it was starting to fall apart. I have been shocked at how difficult it was to find a simple, cheap, effective, non-gimmicky brush. I do not want a $20 brush with magic powers and weird bristles. I just want a simple hairbrush for myself and kids that is comfortable.This does the trick. It’s comfortable to use and brushes our hair gently. It was what I think a hairbrush should cost. It is a good brush.

So far so good. My hair and I have constant fights, especially early in the morning when it doesn't want to cooperate. I have tangles, knots and maybe a birds nest here and there(not!) But that is what it feels like sometimes and I have tried everything from honey, mayonnaise, silk pillowcases, short hair, etec... I wash my hair first thing before work and then let it air dry as I drive to work. I then either brush it or wet comb it while sitting in the car there early. The wet comb was okay, but it pulls out too much hair when it's knotted. So I ordered this which removes the tangles very easily and keeps most of the hair. Does not snag the hair and I don't see as much shedding. I guess brushes work for my hair better than combs.

Me gusta su forma ergonómica y que no daña las puntas.Le doy 4 estrellas porque aunque es bueno, esperaba que fuera un poco más firme con los nudos más grandes. A veces tengo que dividir mucho el cabello para que funcione bien. Aun así, lo volvería a comprar por lo cómodo que es.

I LOVE this brush! I bought it because I’m a dork, going back and listening to the Percy Jackson books on audible to check if my son is the right age, and I was reminded of the value of the “blue plastic hairbrush”, so I felt like I had to have one for a laugh (and in case of titans). What I did NOT count on, is that somehow, even though this hairbrush LOOKS like every other hairbrush ever, it’s FANTASTIC! It combs through my hair so great, wet or dry, and doesn’t leave tangles or feel like it’s pulling. My hair feels super soft and smooth after and it’s literally the only thing that I have done different. It’s not heavy or bulky, it’s honestly the best hairbrush I have ever owned. Funny that I bought it as a joke and I seriously think I won’t ever use another type. 37 years old. In love with my blue plastic hairbrush. lol.

This Wet Brush is magical. I used to dread brushing my hair after a shower—like, full-on battle mode with tears and tangles. Now? It’s like my knots just give up and politely step aside.No more yanking, snapping, or questioning my life choices. It’s gentle, smooth, and somehow gets through my mess of hair without a single dramatic moment. Even my hair seems to like it—it’s shinier and way less grumpy now.If your hair throws tantrums like mine used to, this brush will totally change your life. Or at least your mornings.

OK, here is a little context for everyone. My hair is exactly like Mia‘s hair from the princess diaries before she got it straightened. It is thick frizzy and unmanageable. I have been seeing this brush advertise on Amazon for a while and didn’t expect a simple little brush to do anything. Especially since all other kinds of brushes and expensive hair care products have been keeping me in a hair care nightmare. I always dreaded washing my hair because of all the painful detangling I would have to do. I really expected nothing out of this brush, but I needed a new brush anyway so I bought it, it came and I tried it out. I’m not sure what kind of magic is in this brush, but oh my God. with eaves and no pain I was able to brush the tangles out of my hair and it was painless and it didn’t pull my hair out like other brushes do. this is not just a case when my hair is dry, but also when my hair is wet. Of course, I still have to do my shampoo, condition and leave in condition routine, but all my other brushes did not do the magic of this brush in a really baffles me. I have no idea what it is about those Brussels but for such a simple brush it is so amazing.
