I don't know if It's working because i'm still not focused and still not remembering things the way I want to but I think I need to take the entire bottle first 🤭

I have only been taking this for about 2 weeks but I can see some improvement! I don't have to rely on lists to remember every day tasks and I am reaching for words less.

This product has improved my ability to remember things, but it's not 100% effective. I have added red clover (a phyto-estrogen) to help with brain function and the two together seem to work well together.
