Confused about activation of the warranty
The set is beautiful, well made. The only complaint I have is the insert that came for me to activate the warranty when I log in it has no where to activate it.Very easy to clean z handles do not get hot I love that.

Beautiful and truly nonstick
Very beautiful and extremely nonstick. It hasn't stained at all. Eggs just slides all around. The pots are smaller than I expected but fit nicely on my stove. I love this set. I have placed in the oven in over 400° and comes out nicely. The handles seem very sturdy. I purchased the copper pot version 2yrs ago and and the handles have never loosened. I have had these almost a month and very piece is amazing. I did find that some especially greasy or baked on items had to be run in the dishwasher a second time (I'm not hand-washing). But it hasn't damaged them. The handles are holding up great. It really is better to hand wash.

Damaged box. Both outer and Inner.
Great pots and pans. They work great and you just have to cook on low if you want it not to stick or just use butter. Boxes arrived with damaged corner, but nothing inside was broken. I wish they took more care with the packages as this was a gift for my mom.

Beautiful set! Very pleased.
Just wanted to say I am a real review. Lol because it seems like lately on Amazon half of the reviews are for a totally different product or seem made up.. but i just got the 21 piece set from Gotham Steel in Ocean blue I haven't used them yet but based off of packaging and look/feel so far impressed. Very heavy bakeware which I like, definitely isn't flimsy at all.. I almost gave it 4 stars because the square pan I got had a couple small scratches on the inside probably from packing but honestly I'm not a crazy picky person and I'm just so happy with the color and quality otherwise so it is what it is. For $200 I paid basically $10 per item and for that price you can not beat this set.. I am ditching all my other old pots and pans and Bakeware and I have a fresh new pretty set. If it lasts me more than a couple years I'd say I got my monies worth. I will be back to update later, hope this review helps someone because I know I was extremely skeptical but I'm beyond happy I went for it.***update 2 days later I'm beyond happy i feel like some of these people expected a $500 set quality? It's better than anything I've ever had so maybe that's why I'm so easy to please but the nonstick is amazing. They clean effortlessly with a non scratch soft sponge and dawn dish soap I will not be putting them in the dishwasher to prolong the life of them in my opinion if half your current pans are scratched and everything's sticking like mine were you'll be so happy to get this set. I only wish they had provided a bigger frying pan but there's plenty of options I definitely will not be short on pans even when cooking a giant meal so beyond happy if your looking at these buy them!!

These do not last long
I bought the 20pc set back in 2022 as amazon had a deal on them. These things do not last as long as their competitors. The set I had before these were T-FAL and I should have stuck with them as they lasted well over 7yrs+ before I had to finally replace them. The nonstick on these are horrid, I hand wash my pots and pans and after 6 months the nonstick did not work as well and food was getting stuck on them. They developed weird stains on the nonstick in the pans along with getting tons scratches even though I use plastic/silicone utensils. They burn on the bottoms and get discolored/stained (both pots and pans). The only things that seemed to be holding up well with 2 years of use are the baking pans and the stainless steel items. The cookie sheet is starting to get some stains here and there but so far the nonstick hasn't been effected. I recommend looking for other options, these pots and pans barely made it to 2 years of normal use versus my old pot/pans set which lasted almost triple that time. Yes, the price-point is nice with these and initially they do what they are supposed to but that comes at the expense of durability and longevity. Only reason they are even getting 2 stars from me instead of 1 is the fact that the baking pans are still going strong.
