Iworks ISP-26 All-in-One Pencil Cup Speaker and Dual-Port USB Hub

The audio quality isn't good, but you wouldn't expect great sound from a tiny speaker in a cup. What's most surprising is that it can't handle much volume at all. In fact, while turning up the computer with the default Windows alert (and connected to the headphone jack) the empty speaker-cup distorts before it reaches 40% volume. Only one of the two USB ports works (the right one) while the other may not be connected to anything internally. Technically it does come with cords, but they're so short they're useless unless plugging into a laptop (which already have speakers) or if you keep your CPU on the desk close by; if your computer is under the desk these might/maybe/just *barely* reach the edge of your desk. Hopefully among your spare cables you have some of a common length: one audio cable, one micro USB. Just for the base itself I might try and install a more robust speaker inside, something that won't sound distort at conversational volume.

THIS IS A COOL ITEM. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS YOU CANNOT PUT VERY MANY PENS OR PENCILS IN THE CUP OR IT WILL TURN OVER EVERY TIME.

Sound wasn't great since the speaker was in the bottom of the cup. iPhone didn't charge in one of the ports. I wanted this to work, but no dice.

This is a Great accessory for your computer, it holds your writing tools, has a port to charge your phone, while listening to a quality speaker booming out your favorite tunes or video sound! A Great buy!

Unfortunately, this is not working out. There is so much static from the speaker it's unusable.

Packs a really nice sound in such a small footprint. Love that instead of giving up a USB port you actually gain one.

It would not produce any sound, when connected to my MacBook Pro. I returned two and kept one as a pencil holder.
