These are exactly what we needed for our refrigerator. We have been getting our filters at a Menards ever since we bought our side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, but over the years they changed brands, but we were still able to get a filter that worked until this year. My husband bought one, thinking it was the right one, and when we tried to install it, discovered it was different so it didn't fit.
