There were two problems with this faucet. First, the holes in the base plate were not tapped and threaded so the threaded rod for mounting this faucet wouldn't work. I had to take the bottom section of the faucet apart, and put in some number 8 machine screws from the top so that I could mount this. Screws, washers, and nuts, cost less than a dollar, but the extra time and the trip to the hardware store - aggravating. I would have returned it, but small town hardware store didn't have anything comparable. The second problem, the sprayer attachment didn't come with the required washer to keep if from leaking. Had to jury rig that with an old rubber washer until I can get back to the hardware store. If you are not a skilled problem solver, this faucet is not for you.

You get what you pay for with this faucet. The water company had our PSI 4x what it should have been and blew our old faucet, so we wanted a cheap one in case it was ruined as well. This fits the bill. However, it always swivels back to center, which is a bit annoying when you have a double sink and want it to stay where you place it. Additionally, the spray setting is seems to strong for the faucet and sprays everywhere, so we use the steady flow for most things. All in all, it works ok for what it is. We don’t intend to stay in our house for more than another year or two be wouldn’t buy again if we did, but works for a cheap fix.

The installation was extremely difficult. The directions are virtually useless - be sure to have a magnifying glass handy to even read them. The illustration is also very unhelpful. For example, neither directions, illustration or parts list references where washers hidden in the package are supposed to be used. You can hope you guess correctly. And installation by attaching 2 small nuts to bolts attached to the faucet while working under a sink is the most difficult faucet installation encountered here. Water pressure comes through extremely high which indicates no water saving feature as most modern faucets have. The faucet itself also drips a lot even after turning it off. These issues were never a problem with previous kitchen faucets. Bottom line - don't buy this faucet. Even if you have professional installation, save that money and apply it to buy one that is actually user friendly to install. Just hope the thing does not explode and flood the kitchen as one reviewer noted had happened.

Product handle is cheap lightweight plastic so faucet moves to the other sink by itself and is not stiff enough to stay in one sink. Pressure is quite good. But THE CHEAP TUBING BLEW A HOLE WITHIN 6 MONTHS AN FLOODED THE KITCHEN. If you save $40 on a faucet but lose thousands on a flood it is not a deal.CHEAP HANDLE AND CHEAP TUBING THAT WILL PROBABLY FLOOD WITHIN A YEAR.

This faucet is beautiful but it does not come with a faucet plate and does not say what size to buy. I ordered the wrong size and got stuck with it. Rating the faucet I wanted this classy looking faucet in my kitchen.

Interesting some of the reviews that I read before I ordered this faucet. It looked like a good faucet to replace the one that had been there for twenty five years. Especially since the sprayer in the old one really never worked very well. This faucet has a built in sprayer that pulls out. Even though it does not have a five star rating I thought I would give it a try. I can say that the faucet came with all necessary hoses and hardware to install right out of the box. I had to buy nothing extra at all. The faucet looks and works perfect. As far as I'm concerned, this faucet deserves a five star rating, and at a five star price, considering what some of the kitchen faucets with built in sprayer cost. A terrific product at a terrific price.

great for flipping a house maybe as it looks nice when new- but if you expect durability it wont- we used it in our sail boat and in few months started to oxidize and rust all over and the shower handle got the cord sucked in or out a few times until it wouldn't go in back again.

I bought this faucet over a year ago to replace my kitchen sink's faucet. We have low clearance to the cabinet above so this was perfect and inexpensive. After 14 months the flex pipe for the pull out burst and now leaks significantly every time I use the faucet. Additionally the nozzle didn't sit properly from the beginning but never fell out. If you're looking for cheap, this is good, even though it only lasted a little over a year. If you need a lifelong unit, spend the money and get a name brand.
