This is a good quality piece of kit for professional as well as DIY use. Very strong and sturdy in design and manufacture, and very safe to use. Not excessively heavy, so easy to carry, erect and place in position for use. The bright colour is an additional safety feature, either in the home or workplace. Would highly recommend.

Great robust set of steps

Very good set of steps. Sturdy but light. Only problem I have with them is quite sharp edges when carrying them.

Bought these for internal use (decoration, cleaning etc). My initial first impression was that they are a bit flimsy - they didn't seem as heavy duty as similar step ladders I've had in the past. But they're fine (and I'm about 300 pounds).The advantage of these ones is that they're pretty light so easy to manoeuvre.I also like the bright, standout colour. You will never lose your huge 8 foot step ladders ever again, which is a regular occurrence for most people, I'm sure. So I am very pleased that some bright spark has solved that problem permanently.Whilst a bit gimmicky to me, I suppose the tool shelf on the top rung could be handy - a good use of space seeing as you can't stand on it. But I've never had issues just resting tools on the top rung of previous ladders, and some times a flat surface is preferable.Would recommend (unless you are sensitive to bright colours).UPDATE:I've been using these ladders for about 6 months now and they have been invaluable. I have also used the tool holders on the top quite a lot whilst changing lighting (handy to have a place for your hammer, screwdrivers, wire cutters, wire strippers etc etc - I didn't fully appreciate this when I wrote my initial review, but it is a really handy feature. The hole in the middle of the very top shelf also fits my Maglite perfectly which was extremely useful when doing the lights. I really recommend these ladders - they are worth the money!

Perfect quality and size

Don’t get me wrong. This is a very decent pair of step ladders. I bought this model for the height. It’s sturdy, well-finished, and the fibre glass construction makes it light to manoeuvre. The tool tray at the top is useful. I just object to paying so much. My wife objected a little more than I did, but once I sent her up them a couple of times to do some jobs while I footed them for her - then she calmed down.So, in conclusion, I’m moderately chuffed.
