Honestly, I'm rather surprised with this kit. I bought it to use it professionally and so far, it's held up very well and gotten the job done flawlessly.I've used it for ball joints and U-Joints and it hasn't struggled much at all. It is showing some signs of wear and tear, but to be fair I have used an impact gun on it a few times and it says to not to, so that's on me.The amount of adapters it comes with is by far the most impressive part. It is very versatile and useful, especially considering it costs well below half that of other kits that contain less than this one.Honestly, the best tool I've bought on Amazon.

So far, I haven't used it however the tool appears to be good. The box had been dropped in shipping and it broke the corner of the plastic case. The latch at the opposite corner is missing and it appears it was missing when it was packaged as it was not in the box it was shipped in. I hope this is not an indication of how the tool will hold up. I will update following first use.

Good value for the money. This didn't work for pressing out my E36 control arm ball joints, but that took a 20 ton press, so its not the fault of this item.It worked good on other ball joints, however.

I like that this product has everything you need, there are other brands that have 15 pieces to 19 pieces and cost more. I was able to replace upper and lower ball joints and U joints with ease. The durability that each part holds is very impressive and needless to say all my friends are asking to borrow it.... isn't that how it goes, as soon as you invest in a badass tool, everybody now needs to fix their trucks....lol

Back story, 2013 Jeep Wrangler, resides in a dry climate, owned since new, stock vehicle. Like other reviews stated the booklet wasn't for the product that was purchased. So a bit of a slow start but was able to push out both upper ball joints fairly quick once I watched a YouTube video to see which components to use. Moved to the lower two and that is when it all went bad. Didn't just pop out like the top two after tightening the c-clamp. Sprayed both with pentraiting oil, let them soak a bit while I went back to YouTube to see other ideas on stuck ball joints and finally broke them free. However, the c-clamp wasn't able to hold up to the torque and bent while removing them. This was after 5+ hours of trying to work them free, just the bottom 2.With the bent c-clamp, could not install any of them straight! So I ended up driving the hour to town to rent one from the local retail chain of auto part stores. Was able to finish the project, 2 days later and then returned the kit to the auto parts store. If I knew this would have happened, I would have borrowed the kit in the first place and saved myself the $ for a kit that is now useless and the additional delay in completing the project. Thought it was a good idea to have the kit around just incase I need to replace ball joints again on another vehicle. Might be a fine kit to replace ball joints on a newer vehicle. If the c-clamp was replaced I would give a higher rating knowing the kit could be used again but I won't spend any more money on this companies proelducts. See bent c-clamp on top and straight one on the bottom.

The media could not be loaded.  Haven’t got to use em yet it just came in. Tools seem pretty sturdy will try them and update review later. Case was beat to hell. And has weak and damaged areas. Packaging wasn’t even in bad shape to blame the carrier. Just a beat up damaged case.

I purchased the Orion Motor Tech 21PCS Master Ball Joint Press on Feb 17th, 2024. After 2 uses, the C clamp bent under the pressure of me pressing a ball joint.Let's see how good the warranty is. I submitted a claim. Maybe I had a defective unit.Update: March 11, 2024. I received a completely new kit. So far so good. I asked for just a replacement C clamp, but got a completely new set. Great support, thanks. I received it pretty fast and they replied to the support email the very next day.

I had an issue with this product after use but the seller contacted me and made it right! Great customer service!

I received this item in record time . I used it to change out my lower ball joints on my 2008 GMC sierra..It worked perfect. . It had all the adaptors required.. If you have a press, you can use all the sleeves and adaptors on there too.In doing the job i found that the old original ball joints were pressed into the lower control arm and mushroomed over.. Originally, i had not ground some of the mushroomed over area which caused alot of issues..If you grind that mushroomed part out, this ball joint remover / installer has no problems removing the old ball joint. I had mine out in 5 minutes with no heat and impact gun. There is a sticker that indicates no impacts.. And you don't need one.. A very good buy for the money..

Haven’t used it yet but quality seems ok. The cheap plastic case was cracked.
