Changing my review and rating
I am so fed up with the buggy apps this company provides. I have jumped through so many hoops to get past one problem after another. I even dumped my Ubuntu and bought a new Microsoft laptop thinking I would have better results. WRONG.Error messages give no useful detail. Now I even get error messages just trying to open a support ticket.I wish I was still in the window to get my money back.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
