The media could not be loaded. Black foam is not fixed prooerly. It is not fit in ear. It should be sticked. Finally we sticked with tape. Build quality is good sound is good.

The product is good. But in case of damage or replacement it will create a great problem to you. First of all you have to return it in Amazone. Then they will give you the details of nearest customer service centre of zebronics. The customer service centre will tell you to bring the product to the service centre wherever it is. Otherwise you forget your money. I am from Cherthala and the nearest service centre is at Kadavanthra Ernakulam. 35 km away.The service centre will work from 10 to 5. So you have to take one day leave to replace the product. All these things you have to do within 7 days also. I decidedto suffer the loss.I

It's has been two months of using this headfones and i didn't find any issue. The battery is life is insane at first I didn't expect much battery life but it gives about 40-50 hrs backup. Sound quality is fair and heafones are comfortable to wear. Built quality is also good despite of using plastic material. I got this around 750 ruppees which I think was a good deal. Connectivity and portability are good. I haven't used it for gaming talking about disadvantages as far i have used i didn't find as such big disadvantage but when I sit in front of laptop for hours so If I didn't put properly after 3-4 hrs I feel a little pain in the earlobes moreover sometimes it's sound gets leak out in the surrounding but it happens a very few times. Overall it's a good headfones in my choice😸

Headphone is not working one side even with wire or wireless. Its a product with non working condition. They need to replace or refund. But i tried zebronics and seller somany times. There is no reply. Chat bot is useless and repeating same thing again and again.When i try to fill form on zebronics service center replacement there is no option to choose headphone. What should i need to do. Im using amazon for more than 10 years. This is the firts time im facing this issue. I need amazon take serious action against this issue.
