So easy to set up and use.
The directions looked hard at first put it took a minute to set up.Sturdy, set the code quickly and no issues when used by several work crew members.

Great hide-a-key idea!
I bought this product to put on my own front door as a safe place to keep a spare key. It was way to set up and I really like the light-up feature for nighttime use!

Exactly What I Expected
The lockbox is easy to use. The storage area is very large. The lighted dial is a nice extra touch. It’s very sturdy and looks like it will stand up to a lot of use and weather.

Much easier to use than the previous Master Lock I ordered
The lock release is MUCH easier to use than the other Master Lock product I bought (which I have been able to return). Instructions to set up were good. I also really like that the keys light up. This feature will come in handy when darkness sets in early.

Measure your door first! Not for fast emergency help.
This key lock box was a tremendous hassle to get out of its packaging. Then even the instructions, folded tightly into the shackle, were hard to dig out. After all the setup was done, I put it on my door knob and -- discovered that the door won't close with it on. No way! It's my fault for not measuring before I ordered.So be sure to take your specific doorway into account before ordering. Apparently the extra weatherizing etc. added enough to the doorway to make it impossible for this lock box to work.I do like the illumination of the numbers. Is the lock box secure? No, this type is not. Is it easy to lock and unlock?It's actually a little trickier to open and use than I expected. A first responder would get how the code works. It's not obvious, especially in the dark, how to open the box. Once you've done that, the lights stay on for only 90 seconds. Would a first responder know what to press to turn them back on? Probably not. And the door knob would be difficult to turn without taking the box off the shackles. How to do that isn't obvious either.So I can't recommend this box if your primary concern is how fast a first responder could get to you in the event of an emergency.
