This is awesome. Had surgery recently so the adjustable pressure for either pulsating or steady flow is gentle enough yet strong enough to get the sh!! Out. A tad loud but so easy. For the circumstances I love it.

First time ever using a nasal machine. It was bitter but sweet at the beginning. After powering the machine on, and slowly sliding the control volume up a notch, I noticed the water seeping out on the counter. I immediately turned it off. Trying to figure out why the water was seeping out of the bottom of the machine.I read the instructions carefully and assembled as instructed. Needless to say I lost a great amount of the mixed water. To finish the other nostril before the water ran out I had put down a small hand towel. I feel the machine would be great if it didn’t leak. And it leaked fast.

I recently purchased the Neil Med nasal rinse machine from Amazon - What a difference this machine makes for cleaning out your nasal area. for the past several years I have been using the saline nasal sprays to refresh my nasal passages but at an expensive cost and did not work as well. The thing I like about this product is- NO BATTERIES and is very effective for the cleaning process and fast. This product allows you to set how you want your spray to work, pulse or continuous flow with another selection to set the amount of pressure that is comfortable for you. out of all the selections I had to choose from, I feel that this is the top of any selection for an appliance like this. This machine has other pluses than many of the other products available, like using other generic rinse additives, you are not locked in to use only the product for that machine and you can see the difference in price you pay for that option. I am sure you will like this product if purchased. It may take two or three times of use to get the hang of using this machine.

I like this better than the bottles I used to squeeze.

This unit is by far the best built countertop nasal irrigator. But it has a major design flaw. There is way too much volume of water. There is a difference between pressure and volume. At the lowest setting, with pulsed flow, my entire head still gets pumped full of water faster than the opposite sinus can drain. I had headaches for a few days before I figured out it was excess water in my head!So I still use the unit, but I have to be careful not to completely seal the input nostril, and I now have this weird routine of bending over and rising up while blowing to clear most of the water when I’m done.With some design revisions, this might be a lifetime appliance. But again, too much volume!

I purchased the product in September after having sinus surgery to remove polyps. The surgery required me to irrigate my sinuses twice a day after surgery and was suggested to continue on daily after I healed. I received the manual NeilMed bottle and wanted something with a bit more pressure and found this machine. I purchased it and put it together and started using it and it works great with the constant and pulsating settings but it would leak from the base all over the counter and I would lose a great deal of solution. I took it apart and put it back together and it stopped leaking for a few uses and then the leak came back. I stopped using it until the other day when my sinuses were very blocked. It cleared the blockage but leaked all over and took two rounds to get one full does of solution. I reached out to NeilMed chat support on their website and withing 2 minutes took my information and are sending me a new unit at no charge. WOW!! Great customer service!! If you have sinus issues I highly recommend the NeilMed products!
