**update: I went to the TwinZ pillow website and emailed their “contact us” email and within the hour they apologized and are sending me a replacement cover! Excellent customer service! I changed changed my rating to 5 stars! Can’t wait to receive my new cover!Original:I was so excited to use my new twinZ, and loved the teal color. I pulled the cover out of the packaging to wash it, and immediately noticed it had arrived with a huge gap in the seam. Glad I checked!I don’t know what to do, as I don’t want to have to return the whole pillow since I need it for nursing my twins. If I could, I would just replace the cover, but I’m not sure if that’s allowed since I bought the set and the covers themselves are so expensive to order individually.The color was spot on and it’s very soft. But the hole is way too big for me to ignore. I guess the whole thing has to go back.

just what I wanted and needed.

My twins are always very comfortable lounging in this during the day. I love the buckle on it when I'm breastfeeding. The buckle allows me to bring the pillow in more and hold it where my twins heads need to be resting. Without the buckle I'm personally trying to hold the pillow where it needs to be and trying to support them as well.
