JISIWEI I3 Wi-Fi Enabled Robotic Vacuum Cleaner, Self Charging, Floor Cleaner with Camera and Mobile App Remote Control for Hard Floors, Gray

First, I could never get it to connect to my in home wifi. Which is one of the reasons that I purchased the robot is for the onboard camera.Second, the directions are all very vague. I had to go to YouTube for help on operational issues.Third, it constantly gets stuck in one place. I'd never let it run on its own while I'm away. Overall the suction is okay if you don't mind constantly redirecting it and getting constantly removing it when it gets caught up.2nd review, this product totally lost suction. I've gone on line to try to remedy the problem but there doesn't seem to be anything obstructing the robot. Now it just sits in the kitchen taking up space. Has anyone else out there had this problem? Help!!!

I had to get some help to get things going, but once help arrived, my little vacuum, has become the most fun gadget that this guy in his sixties has had in awhile. I vacuum regularly and always have. This vacuum does a good job and is so much fun, to boot! The test for me was today when I was on my way home. I started the vacuum from my car. I then stopped and took a look at my phone. There was my house, while it was cleaning! It also seems to get better each time it runs. This, for the price, can't be beat. Still a little hard to figure out, because, I think they need a better handle on the English to help people like me understand better. However, this is a great product! Get one! Have fun. 😎

Edit 9-21-20The robot worked great for about 9 months then wouldn’t do a full clean. Works maybe 7 min before trying to find home base. The battery needs replacing but I can’t find anywhere to get replacement parts for this brand. Great little vacuum if you want to replace yearly but next time I’ll spend more on a name brand so batteries, filters, etc can be found and purchased easily.I'm very happy with our Jisiwei. It cleans amazingly well. There's a bucket of animal hair everyday. I really like that I can peek in on my teens while I'm at work and they don't know! Way less expensive than a roomba. I've recommended to several clients/friends. The set up was a bit tricky but my hubby figured out the Jisiwei needs to be off of the charger to sync to the wifi. The English instructions are a bit hard to interpret.

i bought the gold one- after a shipping mix up I got it a week later- it was completely dead even after a full charge- all it did was get hotthe I bought this grey one- it worked for 1 full cleaning cycle and hasn't turned on since... 2- I have literally had 2....... DO NOT BUY!Where is my refund????

At first I thought it was neat since it had the camera and also included a mopping component. But the reality is that it was a pain to setup, the button on the top got stuck early on and it just woudnt work most of the time, so i left it alone, and now I just realized that it's been a year that I've had this and I've probably been able to use it, maybe 3 times. It's sad because i thought it had potential and it's not like it was extremely cheap. I will try to contact the company to see if it has some kind of warranty or if they can offer some assistance.

Awful peice of junk. The software doesn't work, after trying six times to link it to our wifi, I gave up. The machine gets stuck on Everything... On our recliner chairs, in between our dining table chairs, and on wires and plugs. It only stays charged for about an hour and half at most before it dies and it doesn't go back into the self charger like it claims. I want to return it. Oh and if you unplug it for any reason even when it's turned off then it loses battery..

This little robot has made my life a lot easier. It definitely gets the job done. It's a smart gadget and doesn't get tangled in cords often. It has senors which prevent it from running into things. It goes under beds and furniture(those hard to reach areas).It vacuums very well, however it does need to be emptied about once for every battery charge or about two hours of use. The app is okay, honestly I didn't get it for the camera function, but it does work. As a cleaning appliance it gets 5 stars.

This is the worst robot I have owned out of the three I've tried terrible stay way from it doesn't work will not stay connected to the Internet will not clean. I'm going to be returning this one.
