Pellon809 Decor-Bond Fusible Stabiliser (110cm x 10yd)

Took a long time to fuse especially corners and edges. Used a hot iron and damp press cloth but had a lot of difficulty fusing

This product is not the same product that I am used to. I don’t know what the Pellon company did but this product is flimsy, does not adhere to the fabric and it’s more like the consistency of sf 101! This interfacing is supposed to be a middleweight interfacing and it’s not any longer! This is a cheaper version of Pellon 809!

This product is defective. Following manufacturer’s instructions it never adhered to the fabric properly. I tried three times and each tie it wrinkled the fabric. I had previously purchased the same product at a fabric store which was thicker and adhered just fine. I have requested to return the Pellon. We will see what happens.

I choose not to shop and support Walmart. I really dislike when I am not told this is being shipped directly from Walmart!!!Otherwise, it seems to be the same Pellon interfacing I have had in the past.

I’ve only used it twice so far and I’m hoping I have better luck next time I use it. I had a difficult time getting it to stick to my fabric. It did not come with instructions so I googled it from the manufacturer and followed the directions as it said. It came quicker than what I expected but again I hope I have better luck on the next project.
