Been using this for a month or so. Nice solid build and works pretty well on wifi that is a good 20 feet away and inside the house.BUT!!! It says it can use a TF card upto 128g. I have looked and looked and cannot find a TF Slot anywhere. I even took the front housing disk off and nada there either. Their support pdf shows a screw on access panel for the outdoor ip cams...But this is nonexistent on the 015 model.The instructions are very incomplete and confusing because they have combined all models into one help pamphlet. Thankfully the actual setup software steps you through reasonably well....with a few tries.

Where do I start, after hours on the phone with amazon tech, the best advice they had was to buy a NEST system. agreed. there is NO customer support phone contact, that is a big indicator. the only option is to write an email and they may respond within days, really? if you do succeed with making them work with the app, note that they only work on a pc, not a MAC! then the viewing software, also only good for a pc (had to dig that junk from attic). It's in Chinese!!!!!!!!!!!! so if you are an old pc user from china, this may be the camera for you, otherwise, like the amazon tech says, buy another system (recommends NEST). unreal!!!!!!!!!!

Sketchy. They have some windows downloads, none of which seem to work. One asks for a password when you try to CLOSE the program.... which is something I've never seen before. I feel like scanning my machine with 100 virus checkers after trying to use their software and taking a shower to wash off all the sketchiness.The phone interface ain't too great either. It all feels like very sketchy chinese malware and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.I'm thinking about maybe just getting an amcrest PoE pan tilt and sticking it under a weather dome. I've been much more satisfied with their software.

I have to say, Stay Away.There half decent, but app is unreliable, PC software is even worse.Out of the TEN, Yes 10 IZ touch Cameras I've bought, Two (one IZP-012, &1 IZP-015) have the exact same issue, no WiFi, & won't update the SW, also goes offline even with Ethernet cable connected directly to the router... (Opened them up, & connected the wifi antennae) problem corrected!&, also the Outdoor one has a dead infrared strip...

I am not very impressed with this product. The applications you have to use are not very good. You are constant resetting your preset positions and the the application for your computer, most of the time it will not connect. If can press and hold to have the camera move, you have to tap the screeen.Also, the camera is pointed downward at the top most position. So, if you want to see across the yard forget it.This would be a great produce with a few changes..

Awesome security cameras I love how magnificently they work. The video night and day they show awesome video. I look my surveillance all the time its like watching T.V.

Only works with your smart phone thru a service. I just wanted to replace the same style camera in our home wifi security network. This would not work in that manner.

Works well, but water and dust on dome reduce visibility. Also, camera does not rotate up to a full 90 degrees.
