All You Need
This is great for working out on your own. I have middle school boys in sports and this helps with all the things. I have used the ladder and resistance bands myself. We also love the suggested workouts that come with it.

Football drills
Purchased to help my great grandson do his agility drills for his football league. He had it out of the bag and out back with his younger brother. Looks to be quality materials &the drill instructions (printed with pictures) was very helpful for proper usage.
