Totally watered down. Not the consistency Pert usually is. Just poured out. Should have known for the price.

Perfect for travel
Just returned from a 10-day trip to Europe and we only brought carry-ons. Packed 2 of these in my liquids bag, and I was good to go! My hair is just past my shoulders and not incredibly thick.
