Overall it is a good CD Player
Hello to all interested in buying a portable CD player; I have been an Amazon user for 20 years. You can count my reviews with one hand, and I think this is the first time that I am going to do a proper review. It has been four months since I bought this player and I wanted to tell you how my daily use has gone.Pros:• The charging time is 4 hours.• After being 100% charged, I could use it for up to 10 hours in a row.• The anti-shock is quite functional; I live in a house that has two floors with wooden floors and when you walk around, it vibrates a lot, and so far, I have not had any problems with my CDs,• I have been able to play Audio CD, MP3 and WMA also CD-R• The sound is pretty good.Cons:• The screen is quite simple; when it turns on, it shows the total number of tracks, and once it is playing, you can only see the minutes of each track, but it does not show which track number is playing, it is silly, but I need that.• It is not that portable; I can use it in my car or take it to a party and put it on a table, but the closing mechanism of the lid is magnetic, and it does not have any safety, so I do not see myself going out to run with it in the hands.• Finally, and this I think is the most important thing for me, there is no “notch” to insert the fingers and remove the disc. I do not know how to explain it, but the old CD Players used to have a hole about the size of a finger to facilitate the extraction of de disc.Overall it is a good CD Player, but it could be better.Warm Regards,

Works great.
Sounds good, battery lasts for a long time. No remote.

Eh. It's ok.
It turns itself on and off randomly, but if you can deal with it, it works.

Its like a tiny Record Player :)
I took a chance on this portable CD player because I liked the overall look of it. It reminded me of my record player with the lid.I have it hooked up to my Edifier speakers, the sound is great (generally it’s the speakers that make the CD Player sound good, not the actual CD Player as I have been using portable players for years, they all sound good when hooked up to a good pair of speakers). The headphones provided are complete junk, when straight into the bin as I have much better ones I use already. One thing, all the photos on Amazon for all the ads for this particular player show that the lid as translucent, it is not, it is dark, you CAN NOT see the CD spinning through the lid.BUT, there is a neat little trick you can do with this player since the lid closes with magnets.Just place a little piece of metal on the magnetic 'connection' of the player and the player will think the lid is closed, so, you can see the cd spin with the lid open, like a record, which is cool to me :).There is internal memory in this player, so you put your CD in the player, it reads the whole disc and stores (I think) one song at a time then plays it from memory, but the cd does not spin while its reading from memory until the next track plays. Nice little feature. I’m presuming this is to save the laser from reading the disc over and over, but lasers tend to last forever so not sure how much that will influence you to pick this player. (Laser on the PS1 still reads perfectly, so IDK)The player is touch control, no buttons, but they are very responsive and very easy to use. No idea how long they will last, but they work great out of the box.It is Micro USB charge, no UK plug, just the cable, so you will have to provide the plug yourself., I plugged it in as soon as I got it and it was fully charged in about an hour.Highly recommended!

Junk
This struggles to play any type of CD. Once you try and skip a track it's lost. Tried an original unmarked CD and it lost it's way also. This is all when it's sat indoors. Wasn't expecting much but not sure why these are even for sale.

The media could not be loaded.
