Good sound quality but some minor flaws!
One thing it really freaks me out is that the main button doesn't control play/pause of music. But it's nicelly integrated with Google Now. I like very much the dual bluetooth pairing, soo I can hear music from my tablet and use it to call with my cell at same time.As many of this clip-on devices, the plastic clip is very delicated and after a couple of weeks it's broken (My bad but anyway, now it's broken).

Designed for calls
This product is a bluetooth device designed to receive calls and redial the last number you called. I like it because it's portable and can be easily tucked in my pocket. If you want to listen to music on this ...don't bother because it sounds like a transistor radio from the 40s. However calls are clear and noise cancellation works.

Horrible!!
started out ok... this unit range in the home very decent 23' away from the phone and call still very clear.using outside the home is absolutely horrible... phone was in my pocket and very distorted the call kept disconnection from the Bluetooth.this unit also beeps to signal when you have an incoming call and there is no way to turn it off. If you're somewhere that you have to place your phone on silent, make sure you remember to turn off the iXchange because it will beep regardless of the phone being on silent. There's no vibrate feature on the iXchange.this iXchange has dropped 3 calls with the phone only being a few feet away ... not good.it also started beeping during phone calls so needless to say it useless. refund due!

Poor battery life
After a few weeks and charging a few times, the battery life becomes very poor. I like the retractable / clip-on feature. However, I have tried two of these and both had battery life issues.
