Software is hard to learn at first, but after you get it, these are great systems!
I bought one of these to try out and wound up buying another one a year later. The cameras are good, image quality is great. I have both mounted outside with 32 gb Microsd cards and set to record full-time. It will keep around 15 days worth of recordings,continually over-writing the card and is, in my opinion the best way to set up these cameras. No hassle with a DVR etc.etc. Using the Micro card, the cameras are operating independent of your wireless bandwidth so it has no effect on others trying to surf or stream TV. I've read on here users report there is no software to load on your desktop or laptop computers, that is incorrect. If you go to the Iztouch website you will find links for both Mac and PC. If you use the software to record with, you will be bogging down your network. I use the software to retrieve what they call "remote record" files which are those on the MicroSD cards and it works great. Now that said, this software for Phone and desktop systems really does suck and takes some time to figure out. In fact, I still have no idea how to change any of the lense options for night vision or IR or whatever. I have four cameras, one gives me incredible night vision and the other does not. Obviously one is set properly for that, I plan to to try and figure it out so I can get that benefit on the rest of my cameras too. Attaching an actual video taken by one of the cameras that I provided to the police regarding a car accident some guy was involved in on my street.

Decent camera, Software no good but if you use ISPY software it makes it worth while
The camera is decent and has a good quality picture. It does work both wireless and wired (no PoE) and I am using it wired because it does not get a good signal where I placed it. The software with this camera is not good at all. The app for your phone allows you to view live video both home and away, or recorded video if you put in a Micro SDHC card to record all video. It records them to 30 minute video clips that are only viewable from the app on your phone. This all works ok. I have read reviews that this app locks up, and it did seem to do that when I was using the wireless connection, my device was saying off line or the app would just freeze. The main problem is with the software on the computer that you have to download. it is completely useless and doesn't work. You get it from the iztouch website,and when you open it all of the information is blank, the menu's are blank, etc. The buttons are there but no text in them. I tried to add this camera blindly using the screenshots in the guide but it did not work. I did some research and came across the ISPY software. THE ISPY SOFTWARE ALLOWED ME TO SAVE MOVIE CLIPS TO MY COMPUTER AND USE MY PC AS A DVR OF SORTS. I had to add the camera as an ONVIF camera as the wizard would not find it at first. This was exactly what I was looking for. Now I can look at the videos on my pc when there is motion and save them if needed. The ISPY software is free (they do have a subscription service also), and it makes this camera decent, otherwise it is not worth it in my opinion.

ALMOST a good unit.
Not a real bad camera. Installation via wireless did not work. I ended up plugging it into the wireless router in order to get it to activate. Once that was accomplished the outdoor set-up was fairly smooth. The unit drops the connection at least once a week and generally a slight touch of the antennae, a move of maybe 2cm is required to re-establish the connection. Doesn't make sense that such a slight movement is required but that works.

Camera and android device doftware sometimes misses all of alert recording. Overall seems to work well. No way to download doftware for further review.PC Windows software is real joke. Will not recognize camera. I would like to rate higher but limitations of software prevent me.
