... these for a Harry Potter character costume and he loved them.
Our kid wore these for a Harry Potter character costume and he loved them...they are made of styrofoam and painted. They are very light and the price was affordable so if my son lost or broke them - they wouldn't break the bank. Surprisingly, they survived the two costume parties he went to and Halloween nigt trick or treating..

They look alot more real in the picture.
My daughter is using this for part of her Halloween costume so I guess it's a good thing they are very lightweight. Made outta Styrofoam. They do look good though.

Bought as a prop for a photo booth; however, the shackles arrived broken. Probably because they are made of styrofoam, not plastic as advertised.
