I have to retract my original review. I thought the only way the fan worked was plugged directly into a computer. I couldn't read the directions in a foreign language. A kind amazon customer told me to remove the cover of the battery used in shipping. It worked!My misuse from the fan falling off the desk while tethered bent the metal connector, so now it doesn't work. Otherwise, it would've been a good thing to have at outdoor events in the summertime.

The fan does not work. I think it is the battery. The fan will work if you have it charging but if you want to unplug the fan and use it - it does not work. I can send it back or you can send me a new battery.
