License plate frame outside dimensions: 12-3/8" x 6-3/8" License plate frame inside opening dimensions: 11-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" deep at outer corners, 4" deep below top imprint panel. Pre-drilled holes at top only are 5/16" diameter and spaced 6-31/32" apart. There are no pre-drilled holes at the bottom of the license plate frame. License plate frame is constructed of sturdy black plastic, with a product standard thickness of approximately 1/16". White imprint is screenprinted and heatsealed onto the license plate frame. License plate frame will enclose a license plate measuring 12-1/8" wide x 6-1/8" high or less. This license plate frame fits most state's plate and sticker requirements.
