Q: Has anyone used it for Invisilign teeth brace trays?

Yes. I used the 3 minute Polident for my Invisilign since it was just a little bit of time while it was out during meals. I am now finished with Invisilign, but have the overnight plastic retainers. (so just like invisilign.) I am going to use the overnight Polident to soak the trays during the day.

Q: What is the difference between overnight and three minutes the formula?

I have used both and can't see any difference myself. But maybe the antibacterial agents work longer I clean them overnight any how even with the 3 minute

Q: Does this remove discoloration from years of slowly building up?

I've been using Polident for about a year every night or every time I remove them and mine look exactly the same as the very first day I put them in. So I'm assuming it's doing it's job. I'm not sure about major build up.
