It was packed in a cute box and very well protected from shipping mishaps. I took it out and immediately programmed it and it worked flawlessly. I absolutely love this pendulum. The answers I have received have been very accurate. My only issue I had was when it was in my pocket the chain got two knots in it. Other than that I love it. I keep it near me all the time.

This is my second purchase of this product. The first one was well made, but this one is cheaply made and off center. Pretty disappointed as I love my first one and need another one.
