Had several problems with this product first the post is not secure at the bottom and wobbles because the fittings are glued inside, the plumber tightens the fitting and the glue breaks loose. Tried to return it and the manufacturer was extremely prompt in getting me a replacement, however the replacement has the same problem. For $350 you would think this would be rock solid mount to the floor. I can see why the bath fixtures are so expensive.Part 2 the manufacturer was so intent on pleading me he assured me the fixture has been fixed. They sent it over night and when I opened it I could tell the part was correct and fit. I've installed it and it is rock solid.Side note, I've never had someone care so much about their product, I would buy from this company again.

very difficult install in a slab concrete situation. The specialized proprietary hoses that screw into the cartridge (placed near on/off lever), extend several inches below where it mounts to the floor. This means in addition to being a nightmare to install, if anything goes wrong, the tile will have to be ripped up and the concrete demo to get to the connection. What a horrible design. I believe Delta and others have a plate that mounts to the floor and the fixture seals with the plate and mounts to the plate. You can change the faucet down the road on a delta without breaking up the floor. The fixture itself is very heavy and nice, but as the adage goes pay me now or pay me latter will definitely be the case some time in the future.

This is a good looking faucet. It has good water pressure. Does everything it is supposed to. We had some difficulty with installing it. When installing the water lines and using a wrench on the water lines they broke off in the faucet. This made the faucet useless as there were now broken lines where the water lines were supposed to be screwed in, and those broken pieces were impossible to remove. However, the seller was excellent. They replaced the water lines and the main faucet piece at no additional cost. I give them five stars for that alone. My advice for anyone installing this, is to screw the water lines into the faucet until they are tight and snug but not beyond that.

I really love the look of this faucet, and I appreciate the cost difference between this and a Delta (or similar). Unfortunately, this thing is not secure at the base and wobbles all over the place. It is really disappointing that every-time I adjust the water or remove the sprayer, I see the entire thing wobble all over the place.

It’s beautiful and has a good flow rate. I recommend you position it close to a wall or in a corner so no one will use it to climb on or for support when getting into or out of the tub. It feels a bit unstable. Also, the entire fixture gets very hot to touch when you run hot water through it. There is little or no insulation at all between the flex line and fixture shell.

This replaced a 2500$ kohler and is working great. The kohler design was the biggest disgrace to engineering i've ever seen. This faucet is not extremely high end but simple and effective and zero complaints. So far its been working great for 2 years.

I liked the stylish design of this faucet, it matched that of considerably more expensive faucets. I purchased it at a very good price on Amazon. It was shipped on time and when arrived, I was also impressed with the packaging. When installing, somehow, my installer lost the shower wand. I contacted the manufacture in China which I thought would be a nightmare, however, to my surprise they shipped me a new one immediately, free of charge, if I would pay the shipping cost. I am very pleased with this product and its manufacturer.

It is wonderful, looks beautiful, works perfect, exactly what I wanted for my new bathroom !! Highly recommended
