Q: does it come with ten feet of paper?

Well, not in a continuous roll. You get about 10 individual strips that are about 18”-24” long. You can splice them together if you have a really long song. Look on YouTube for Wintergatan. He’s got a really good tutorial that will show you how to splice and correct errors if (or should I say when) you make a punch error. Best of luck.

Q: Hi. The gears rotate normally but until I put the sheet in, they cannot move. Is there a way to fix that?

Hi, The paper only goes in one way so make sure feeding it in with the slanted end going in first. Also make sure you’re twisting the handle the right direction, if you don’t I think you can damage the little boxes. Sometimes the paper can be thick and a little hard to get going but it shouldn’t give you too much trouble. Try moving the gears without the paper in to ensure they all work, then try putting it in through the slanted end first, that might fix it. Hope this helps
