Healing Power of Pau d'Arco

This book has beautiful, conversational style, with detailed, in-depth information on everything Pau d'Arco. You will want to use this herb for life! I've used it for years but never had a book like this to guide me in its usage. Pau d'Arco cured my chronic bronchitis many years ago when even antibiotics couldn't. I was so relieved to have found this herb! I took it in capsules and my strength & vitality came back fully. This book will help you in so many ways, & not just regarding Pau d'Arco. The author, Walter Lubeck, adds a personal touch & writes from a loving heart, truly desiring to share his experience with this herb. I enjoy Pau d'Arco steeped in a coffee maker. I fill a metal tea ball with the bark of the herb, place it in the carafe, & let the water run through the coffee maker upon it. Then, I steep it (let it sit in carafe) at least 60 minutes so the constituents of the herb release well. The longer it's steeped the stronger it is. To me, the taste is lovely, even unsweetened. Pau d'Arco is a great gift of God. He uses it in His healing ways. This book is also a gift of God. Enjoy it!

Although I was very interested in the subject matter because of health issues, this edition isn't of the highest caliber of printing. It has numerous typos or repeated partial sentences. It does cover the subject matter and I found it helpful.
