Did not strip wire at all no matter how hard I tried had to use wire stripper but once it's done the connection it makes is actually pretty good and solid use it to tap into ground and reverse camera wires in my car.

These T-tap connectors are a pretty good value for the money and help make the job of splicing into wires easier. There are different gauges and are also color coded.For softer plastic covered wires these work great. But stiff plastics you do need to strip in order to get a connection. I tapped into the brake light wires in my car and had difficulty getting a connection without stripping a lil bit of the plastic off.Using these connectors is a way better option than cutting wires and I recommend them.

Works great. Way easier than cutting and splice. These made life so much easier to install a backup camera or anything else you need to add a wire to. Worth every penny

Works for what I am using for.

These are just as easy to use as the older traditional in-line one piece taps. Just align your wire, squeeze/lock with linemans pliers or similar, then crimp the shielded cap to the tapping line, snap the two pieces together and you've got a nice solid T join. A bit bulky if you feel a need to cover with electrical tape but just fine if not. What I like most about this method is that if future work should require disconnection of the wiring, this T tap is lots easier than working around a one-piece tap.

son muy útiles si no quieres estar pelando cables, se puede hacer un pequeño corte (al recubrimiento del cable) para un mejor contacto y cueste menos trabajo serrar el conector, cómo se muestra en las imagenes para calibres del 24 al 10 aprox. instale unas lámparas que traían cable Cal-24 a cable cal-12y14, cada conector es de dos piezas las cuales se pueden combinar de acuerdo al calibre que se requiera

Para los que tengan dudas (yo pregunté antes de comprar, gracias a los que respondieron). Para que esté más claro, así viene la tabla de calibres en la caja... Chequen el rojo (son mágicos...)
